We frequently get asked about where to find some common product files, so I’ll list them below for your use and enjoyment 🙂
License files:
License files are always in the product’s main directory, and end in .lic
For PA File Sight, look in C:\Program Files\PA File Sight
For PA Server Monitor look in C:\Program File\PA Server Monitor
Configuration Backup:
Every day a configuration backup is written to:
C:\Program Files\(product folder)\Config\Backup
This backup file can be imported into the Console at Configuration (menu) > Import Complete Configuration
Installer:
If you ever need the exact installer that was used to setup a given system, it is found in:
C:\Program Files\(product folder)\Install\Setup.exe
